Chelsea Meynig, Flute

Chelsea is currently a freelance musician in the Philadelphia area, and is a member of both The Revolution Winds and the ENA Ensemble. Chelsea frequently works with composers premiering and recording new music, and has appeared on several composer’s albums as a soloist and chamber musician. She has participated in tours both international and domestically, performing in such spaces as Carnegie Hall, The Kimmel Center Verizon Hall, The Auditorio de Zaragoza, and the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid Spain, to name a few. Chelsea graduated from Temple University with her Masters Degree where she studied with Mr. David Cramer. At Temple she played principal flute in the Grammy Nominated Temple Symphony Orchestra, and was section leader with the Temple University Wind Symphony,

in addition to playing with the New School Woodwind Quintet. In 2014 Chelsea graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory in flute performance where she studied with Mr. Jonathan Snowden, one of Britain’s première flute players, as well as Dr. Frances Lapp Averitt. Chelsea was principal flute with the Shenandoah Conservatory Symphony Orchestra from 2012-2014. Her previous primary teacher was Margaret Newcomb.

Nancy Stokking, cello

Nancy Stokking grew up in South Jersey and studied cello with Elsa Hilger of the Philadelphia Orchestra. She attended Temple University on scholarship. She has played with numerous orchestras in the Philadelphia area, including the Delaware Symphony, the Trenton Symphony, the Philly Pops and also was a substitute cellist in the Philadelphia Orchestra. She has played with various groups at such venues as the Academy of Music, the Kimmel, Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. Her experience also includes shows at various in Atlantic City, including Sarah Brightman and Rod Stewart. As accompanist, she and husband William Stokking, Principal Cellist of The Philadelphia Orchestra, gave many recitals over the years, and they founded the Serenade for Wildlife concert for the benefit of Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge in Medford.

Jeffrey Uhlig, Pianist

Jeffrey Uhlig has appeared as collaborative pianist in many concerts in America and also has performed in Russia. Some of his notable performances have been at The Phillips Collection in Washington, DC and at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York. After a joint recital at Weill Recital Hall, Tim Page of The New York Times wrote: "Mr. Uhlig...proved a Mozartean of poise and elegance." His longtime collaboration with Metropolitan Opera Mezzo Soprano Barbara Dever has earned him great praise from Robert Baxter of The Camden Courier Post who wrote; "Throughout the recital, pianist Jeffrey Uhlig enfolded Dever's voice with warm-toned accompaniments. Uhlig played commandingly throughout the recital." He plays regularly with many members of The Philadelphia Orchestra including Concert Master David Kim, Principal Cellist, Hai-Ye Ni and Principal Trombonist, Nitzan Haroz.

Mr. Uhlig studied piano with William Masselos and Gaby Casadesus and studied art song literature with Dalton Baldwin. He received a Master of Music Degree from West Chester University.

Jeffrey Uhlig has performed with many outstanding singers and instrumentalists including many members of The Philadelphia Orchestra, The New York Philharmonic and The Metropolitan Opera. He is in demand as a chamber music player and accompanist and is a faculty member at Settlement Music School in Philadelphia where he holds The Lillian Kraus Felber Distinguished Faculty Chair in Piano. For many years Mr. Uhlig was Principal Keyboard with The Ocean City Pops Orchestra and Princeton Symphony Orchestra.
