Exeter Trip Travel details, deposits and Payment Schedule information

Dates:
Depart: Friday, August 4th Overnight flight to London Heathrow (LHR) from Newark, NJ (EWR) or Philadelphia, PA (PHL) depending on best airfare group package.

Return: Monday, August 14th Evening arrival

Flight requirements:

Everyone must depart together on the group flight and arrive in the UK together.
Our group contracts both here and in England depend upon this.
If you would like to deviate on your return flight you will be able to do so; our American travel agent will be able to assist you personally with this.

Travel Agent in the UK for all Ground transportation, Hotel and Day trips: Charter Travel, Peter and Simon Baldwin.

Our hotel: Mercure Southgate, Exeter, UK

Trip Costs

Trip Costs: We anticipate the trip cost to be under $4000 and shooting for $3600-3800.

Prices are dependent upon final pricing from our English travel agent which we should have soon. We then await final airfare pricing which we should have finalized when our flight options become available this fall.

Included in your trip price:

• Airfare, travel insurance, all ground transportation in England to our hotel and daily sightseeing venues, hotel room double occupancy, daily breakfast, several evening meals and all tips for bus drivers. Transportation in the US, from your church, will be provided to and from the airport. If you deviate on your return flight, you will need to obtain your own transportation from the airport to your home.

• Daily lunches in England will mostly be on your own as we will often be out and about sightseeing at lunch time.

• Four or Five evening meals at the hotel for the entire group. If we offer four instead of five hotel meals, this will be reflected in the pricing so that you can use that money for meals out with friends and family.

Deposit required with registration

It is important that you complete your registration and make a deposit ASAP, to secure your place on the trip for you and your spouse/partner if they will be coming along. We currently have more people interested in the trip than we have spaces for. These deposits and payments will be refundable until January 1, 2023. After that, your deposit becomes non-refundable and further refunds dependent upon what is refundable from our air, hotel and transportation contracts.
