The Clare Project is a ministry sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania. The ministry serves those that are unhoused, living on the margins of society and are facing substance use disorder living in the Kensington area of Philadelphia. Rev. Kristen Ostendorf and Deacon Phil Geliebter have dedicated themselves to serving the needs of our marginalized siblings. Deacon Phil is Archdeacon of Pennsylvania diocese. Both Rev Kisten and Deacon Phil have graciously offered to attend COHS First Friday in March to share their concerns and ministry with us.
